Shipping
ANEW ships worldwide. Please allow up to 3 business days to process your order, and a little extra during holidays and sale seasons.
Every order is carefully packed and shipped with a tracking number. Please allow 72 hours from the moment your order is placed for tracking information to become available. We ship Monday to Friday, so tracking details are only updated on weekdays.
Orders are dispatched via UPS, DPD, DHL, or in some cases bpost. In select countries we also offer delivery to a UPS or DPD pickup point — if this is available for your location, it will appear at checkout.
Please include your phone number when placing your order so our courier can reach you if needed. This helps ensure a smooth delivery.

Rates are subject to change and may differ for heavyweight interior items. Get in touch for a quote on furniture and decor.
Non-EU orders
If you order from outside the EU, import duties and customs fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are your responsibility and are not covered by ANEW. We are not responsible for customs delays. For details, please contact your local customs office.
Delivery issues
If something goes wrong in transit, please contact us. If you received the wrong item, get in touch at returns@anew.boutique with your order number and a photo and we'll make it right. If your order arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
If your package is lost in transit, we'll do everything we can to help. We are not liable for non-delivery once proof of delivery has been generated. Please report any delay within 30 days of placing your order, as we cannot file an insurance claim after that date.
Returns
We hope you love your purchase. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
Vintage items are returned in exchange for store credit. ANEW STUDIO items are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method. Store credit is also available as an option for ANEW STUDIO returns if preferred.
To initiate a return, email returns@anew.boutique with your order number and reason for return. Once authorized, send your item back to:

We recommend using a tracked service. We cannot be held liable for items lost in return transit.
Return conditions
Items must be returned in the exact condition they were sent: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags and labels attached. Returns from a different country than the delivery address cannot be accepted.
Non-returnable items
The following cannot be returned: intimate and swimwear, gift cards, made-to-measure or personalized items, and goods specially ordered at your request.
Non-EU returns
Please mark your return parcel as "returned goods" and include all required customs documents. Any import duties or administrative costs charged to us will be deducted from your refund. If these costs exceed the value of the item, the return will be refused.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds and store credits reflect the item price only. Please keep in mind that all vintage items are secondhand and will show realistic minor wear as described in each product listing.
Your refund or store credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you a confirmation email. Store credits are usually applied within 48 hours and are valid for 2 years. Refunds for ANEW STUDIO items are processed within 5 business days, after which your bank or payment provider may take up to 10 additional business days.
