What can I expect from the quality of your vintage merchandise?

Please remember that we sell used items that have a history and were preloved. We always buy the best quality in terms of condition and manufacturing, however it’s important to realize that something that’s e.g. 20 years old may show signs of minor wear, and to true vintage lovers they are all the better for it. 

We carefully assess each piece and do our best to disclose any flaws that might be associated with each garment within the description of the item. Do not hesitate to write to us at hello[at]anew.boutique if you need any additional information on the product's condition.


Mint: Virtually unused, refers to vintage that has never been used, usually with original tags still attached. 

Excellent: Expected signs of use, with consideration of the age, but hardly any visible signs of use.

We continue to consider a clothing item in Excellent condition even if it has been altered and/or has missing/damaged internal tags or lining.

Very Good: Shows normal signs of use expected for age with some minor visible problems but will not detract from use.

A clothing item in Very Good condition could show some light pulls on the fabric or small marks. Small modifications or reparations could have been made to the piece (including replacing original buttons).

Good: Item has an obvious condition, but overall intact. Could use mending and/or cleaning.

A clothing item in Good condition could show possible marks on fabric including around collar and/or arms, pulled threads and/or fading or balling on fabric. Original buttons or removable accessories could be missing. 

We are happy to exchange items returned within 14 days for store credit if they do not meet your expectations as set out in our product descriptions.

I’m unsure about sizing?

To ensure the best fit, we recommend referring to each style. There we include measurements for each piece, fit notes and information on model size. It also includes a measurement guide with garment size conversions and measuring instructions. If you need further assistance, please contact us at hello[at]anew.boutique.

Do you restock sold out items?

For our vintage collection: We do not restock sold out items due to the one-of-a-kind nature of vintage products. However, if you see something you like you may contact us at hello[at]anew.boutique with a photo attached and we will try to source something similar for a future drop.

For our in-house line ANEW STUDIO: When we put out a new product we start with small quantities and only make more if we know you want it, based on direct data and feedback. This keeps our production less wasteful as we produce as close to demand as possible. When there's little demand for an item, we may decide to no longer produce it. When there's demand, we will most likely keep the item as a part of our permanent collection. To enquire if an item will be restocked, simple contact us at hello[at]anew.boutique and make sure to put it on your wishlist on the respective product page. This way you'll be the first to get notified when it gets restocked. 

How can I keep up with new arrivals?

New arrivals are launched on our website regularly. By signing up to our newsletter you can get live updates, as well as special offers and more. New drops are shared on our Instagram page too.

Is my information kept private?

We take the protection of our customers’ data very seriously. We will not share information with 3rd parties that are involved directly in the processing and shipments of your order. Please refer to our Legal Policies for more information.


What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express), payments via PayPal, local payment methods iDEAL and Bancontact, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Can I return an item for a credit or refund?

You are welcome to return your vintage item(s) within 14 days after delivery for a store credit only. This includes all sale items. You are welcome to return your ANEW STUDIO product(s) for a store credit and/or regular reimbursement back to your original method of payment. For more information visit Shipping & Returns.

Can I exchange an item, or multiple items from my order?

We are currently unable to support exchanges. You can return your original order for a refund and place a new order. Your original order will be refunded once received and inspected and you may place your reorder at any time.

Do you offer (free) worldwide shipping?

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Italy. We charge a shipping fee for domestic and international orders. Access them by visiting Shipping & Returns.

How fast will I receive my order?

We strive to process all orders within 1-3 business days from when the order is received. 

Orders within Europe then take an additional 2-5 business days to arrive. Non-EU deliveries take 1-3 business days when choosing Express Shipping at checkout and 3-7 days when opting for Postal Shipping, but delays can occur caused by the customs department in your country. Delivery details, as well as a tracking code will be provided in your confirmation email. 

Will I be charged any additional duties and taxes?

If you order from outside the EU, import taxes, duties and related customs fees may apply. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

When will I receive my store credit?

Once we have received, inspected and approved your return, your store credit will be processed within 48H. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when the credit has been applied and will receive further instructions on how to use it on future orders. Your store credit is valid for 2 years and can be used on our entire range of products.
